It can be a bit misleading, as the Complete Story Upgrade is sold under the same Page as the Complete Story itself ( here) - so the Store Page will always say that you already own the game. If you do own the DLC, but are unable to access it's content, you could try to verify your game files (right-click Trine 2 in your Steam Library -> Properties -> Local Files -> "Verify integrity."). If the DLC is listed there, then you indeed own the Complete Story, but if it's not listed there or the tab is missing, then you will need to purchase it separately. You can also check this by right-clicking Trine 2 in your Steam Library, choosing Properties and navigating to the DLC tab. You can easily check if you own the DLC from the game's Main Menu - if you actually have the Complete Story, then it should also say so in the Menu. When did you buy the game? If you bought it before summer 2013 it could be that you don't actually own the Complete Story.
